They used the opportunity and put another goal on the board to give them a lead of five, 15-10. McCallum then scored another goal to cut the lead back to four. Late in the fourth quarter both teams traded goals with Love earning his sixth goal of the game. The time left was not enough for the Bobcats to complete their comeback. Mercy won the game 16-12.

Introducing freshman midfielder JT Calhoun
This week we will be featuring freshman JT Calhoun. JT is a first-year student-athlete from Hampstead, Maryland who played at Manchester Valley. JT has appeared in multiple games this season. He has also tallied his first career college goal in a game against Davis & Elkins. We asked JT a couple of questions about his first season of lacrosse and how it was going for him. The first question we asked him was about the transition from high school to college. He said, “The team made it easy and fun." We also asked him about the team environment this season. He responded by saying, “It’s a really close team. It’s like a family.”
